  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Garnish

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add the diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet, stirring to fully coat the pieces.
  • Allow to cook for another 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened to your liking.
  • Serve the sticky chicken over the cooked rice, garnished with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
