Ingredients

  • 8 oz Feta cheese Choose a good quality sheep’s or sheep-goat blend feta packed in brine.
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Use full-fat and let it reach room temperature for best results.
  • 3 tbsp Hot honey Infuse regular honey with crushed red pepper if hot honey is unavailable.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Use extra-virgin for best flavor.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust based on feta’s saltiness.
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Dippers

  • 2 cups Fresh veggies Carrots, cucumber, and bell peppers work well.
  • 1 loaf Crusty bread Sliced for dipping.
  • 1 box Crackers For a crunchy option.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, hot honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a food processor.
  • Pulse and then blend until smooth and cohesive, scraping down the bowl as needed.

Serving

  • Spoon the whipped mixture into jars or ramekins, smoothing the tops with the back of a spoon.
  • Drizzle additional hot honey on top and sprinkle with cracked pepper or olive oil if desired.

Presentation

  • Arrange jars on a serving board with veggie sticks, bread slices, and crackers for dipping.

Notes

Chill jars briefly before serving for a firmer texture. Store in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
