Preparation

  • Cut the watermelon into star shapes using a cookie cutter for a playful presentation.
  • On each skewer, thread a piece of watermelon, followed by a piece of feta cheese, and then a blueberry.
  • Continue threading the remaining ingredients until the skewer is filled, aiming for two to three pieces of each ingredient per skewer.
  • Refrigerate the completed skewers briefly to serve chilled.

Notes

Use chilled ingredients for a refreshing taste. A drizzle of balsamic reduction can enhance the flavor. It's best to store these skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume them within 1-2 days for optimal freshness.
