Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 ounces turkey, chopped Use leftover turkey for added flavor.
  • 6 ounces stuffing (1 box of Stove-Top stuffing) Prepare according to package instructions if not using leftovers.
  • 1 rib celery, minced Mince finely for even distribution.
  • 1/2 cup peas & carrots, frozen Allow to thaw before using.
  • 10 ounces cream of chicken Can substitute with cream of mushroom for different flavor.
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth Used to combine with cream of chicken and sour cream.
  • 1/3 cup sour cream Adds creaminess to the dish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Remove the frozen veggies from the freezer to thaw before cooking.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Chop the turkey well, removing any skin.
  • If using boxed stuffing, cook the Stove-Top according to the package instructions.
  • Mince the celery.

Combining Ingredients

  • In a small bowl, combine the cream of chicken, sour cream, and chicken broth.
  • Combine all ingredients in a 9x9 baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Serve on its own or with a side salad or bread. Add cranberry sauce for a sweet touch. Let sit a few minutes after baking for easier serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days in the fridge or freeze for longer storage.
