Preparation

  • Start by dicing your pineapple and slicing the strawberries. Having everything ready will make the blending smoother.
  • In your blender, combine the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, and frozen orange juice concentrate. Blend until smooth.
  • Add in the cream of coconut, coconut rum, and crushed or nugget ice. Blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste your punch and adjust with more rum, coconut, or a splash of pineapple juice or club soda for a lighter twist.
  • Pour the tropical punch into glasses filled with more ice if desired, and garnish with pineapple wedges, strawberry slices, or fun cocktail umbrellas.
