Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or oat)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or whipped topping
  • 1-1.5 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend strawberries, honey, and cream to create a fluffy strawberry cold foam. Set aside.
  • Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy. Use a bamboo whisk for best results.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in milk, then slowly add the whisked matcha for layered color.
  • Top with strawberry foam and garnish with sliced strawberries or a dusting of matcha powder.
