Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced Use ripe and bright red strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup cheesecake filling (store-bought or homemade) Use cream cheese for authenticity if making from scratch.
  • 1 cup whipped cream Fresh whipped cream is ideal, but store-bought works too.
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers Digestive biscuits can be used as an alternative if necessary.
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preparation

  • Hull and slice the fresh strawberries.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cheesecake filling, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix gently with a spatula until fully incorporated.
  • Fold the sliced strawberries into the creamy mixture gently to avoid breaking them.
  • Serve the salad immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Before serving, garnish with crushed graham crackers.

Notes

Use heavy whipping cream for the best texture. Add a splash of lemon juice for a citrusy twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Avoid freezing the salad to maintain texture.
