  • 2 cups Juicy strawberries, sliced Opt for organic for best flavor
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, thinly sliced Soak in cold water if strong flavor is an issue
  • 1/2 cup Toasted almonds Ensure they have a nutty fragrance

Cheese

  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese, crumbled Can substitute with feta or goat cheese

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Poppyseed dressing Light vinaigrette can be substituted

Preparation
