Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank's hot buffalo sauce.
  • Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the buns, then top with cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  • Melt butter and mix it with garlic powder and onion powder, then brush it on top of the slider buns.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.

Notes

For storing leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C). You can use frozen chicken, but ensure it is cooked and shredded before mixing with the sauce. Adjust the heat by using less buffalo sauce if desired.
