  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced (multiple colors)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil High-quality for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and pepper Flaky salt and freshly cracked black pepper recommended
  • 1 package Pita bread or crackers for dipping

Assembly

  • Choose a large serving board or platter and scoop a generous layer of hummus onto it. Spread it into an even oval or circle, leaving a rim.
  • Arrange halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, Kalamata olives, crumbled feta, and sliced bell peppers over the hummus.
  • Drizzle olive oil and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
  • Season lightly with flaky salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Adjust to taste.
  • Serve immediately with warm pita bread or your favorite crackers.
