  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed Can substitute with homemade whipped cream.
  • 2 containers (6 oz. each) low-fat vanilla yogurt Look for options with no added sugar.
  • 1/4 cup boiling water Used to dissolve the Jell-O mix.
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg Jell-O mix Use different flavors based on preference.

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs To create a sandy look in the cups.
  • Gummy sharks For a fun and playful topping.
  • Optional: Parasol picks For decoration.

Preparation

  • Dissolve the Jell-O mix into the boiling water in a medium bowl until it looks glistening and bright.
  • Whisk in the COOL WHIP and yogurt until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture into individual serving cups, making even layers for presentation.
  • Add a spoonful of Graham cracker crumbs to one side of each cup for a sandy appearance.
  • Freeze the cups for about 3 hours or until firm.
  • Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving and top with gummy sharks.

Notes

Ensure Jell-O is fully dissolved before adding other ingredients. Chill serving cups beforehand for better results. Leftovers can be topped with sprinkles for variation.
