Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the crescent dough onto a baking sheet, spreading it out flat.
  • In a bowl, scramble the eggs and heat the sausage links, then crumble them into the eggs.

Assembly

  • Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of the crescent dough.
  • Carefully roll up the dough starting from the wide end, tucking in the filling as you go.
