Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups apple pie filling
  • 0.5 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill 15 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, then fold in whipped cream gently.
  • Spread cheesecake filling over the crust. Top with apple pie filling and drizzle with caramel.
  • Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with sea salt and extra caramel before serving.
