Ingredients
  

For the Green Beans

  • 1 lb Green beans Trimmed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper To taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Trim the ends of the green beans and place them in a bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss to coat the green beans evenly.
  • Spread the green beans out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Cooking

  • Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the green beans are tender and the Parmesan is golden.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven for best results. Avoid microwaving.
