For the Fruit Topping

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into desired shapes.
  • Place the pastry pieces on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the baked pastry to cool completely on a wire rack.

Cream Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.

Assembly

  • Layer strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries on top of the cooled puff pastry.
  • Add a generous dollop of the cream filling on top.
  • Garnish with more fresh berries and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, seasonal berries for the best flavor. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Store unused pastries in an airtight container to keep them from becoming soggy.
