Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ounce dry ranch seasoning approximately 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Lightly spray it with cooking oil.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine the baking powder, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Rub the spice mixture evenly over each chicken thigh.
  • Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side up, leaving space between them for even cooking.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, checking for doneness with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Baste with pan juices before serving hot.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking for juicier meat. Experiment with different seasoning blends if desired.
