  • 1 box (15-count) mini phyllo shells
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Can substitute with a dairy-free alternative.
  • 1/4 cup red pepper jelly Can experiment with different types of jelly.
  • to taste Fresh thyme leaves or chopped green onion Optional, for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  • Fill each shell with about 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese.
  • Top each with approximately 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly.

Baking

  • Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the shells are crisp and the cream cheese is warmed.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh thyme or green onion (if using), and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes to restore crispiness. Freezing is not recommended.
