1 egg + 1 tbsp water
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cook sausage links until golden; set aside.
Scramble eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until just set.
Cut pastry into rectangles; fill with sausage, eggs, and cheese.
Roll tightly and seal with egg wash.
Air fry 8–10 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Freeze before or after cooking for a fast grab-and-go breakfast. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 4 minutes.
