Ingredients
  

  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 8 links breakfast sausage cooked
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg wash 1 egg + 1 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook sausage links until golden; set aside.
  • Scramble eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until just set.
  • Cut pastry into rectangles; fill with sausage, eggs, and cheese.
  • Roll tightly and seal with egg wash.
  • Air fry 8–10 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Freeze before or after cooking for a fast grab-and-go breakfast. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 4 minutes.
