  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt Feel free to swap for dairy-free alternative if needed
  • 1 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey Plus more for serving; adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1 tsp dried thyme Or 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • to taste Freshly cracked black pepper Generous amount
  • optional Chopped walnuts Can be raw or toasted
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette) For serving

Preparation

  • In a food processor, blend the feta cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Incorporate the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and a generous amount of freshly cracked black pepper. Blend until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a covered container and chill in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes to enhance flavors.
  • When ready to serve, scoop the dip into a large bowl and garnish with optional chopped walnuts, a sprinkle of fresh thyme, an extra drizzle of honey, and additional black pepper.
  • Serve with crusty toasted bread or your favorite crackers.

Notes

For a creamier dip, use a high-quality food processor and blend longer. You can adjust the sweetness with honey and add red pepper flakes for spice.
