Preparation

  • Lay prosciutto strips flat on a clean surface.
  • At one end of each strip, layer a fresh basil leaf and a mini mozzarella ball.
  • Roll the prosciutto tightly around the mozzarella and basil, forming snug wraps.
  • Secure each wrap with a toothpick, skewering diagonally for presentation.
  • Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Notes

Serve on a stylish platter or individual boards, and pair with marinara or pesto for dipping. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Avoid refreezing once prepared.
