  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar Adjust based on your sweetness preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Feel free to adjust the amount for sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves For additional flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, combine fresh cranberries, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, honey, and orange juice.
  • Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Application

  • Brush the glaze over the ham before placing it in the oven.
  • Bake the ham according to the package directions, basting with the glaze every 20 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the glazed ham warm, sliced, and arranged on a platter.
  • Pair with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
