  • 8 oz Pasta Use your preferred type of pasta.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for best flavor.
  • 2 cups Milk Adjust based on desired sauce consistency.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated, for creaminess and depth.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing garlic.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Freshly ground for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Parsley (optional) Fresh, for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add pasta and enough milk to cover it.
  • Bring to a boil and then reduce heat, simmering until pasta is cooked and the sauce thickens.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
