  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh minced garlic gives the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Whisk together the honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Spread the sliced kielbasa, bell peppers, onion, and any extra veggies in a single layer across a large sheet pan.
  • Drizzle the honey-garlic mixture evenly over the ingredients.
  • Toss the pieces gently to coat everything in the glaze.

Cooking

  • Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  • Check for doneness; edges should be browned and slightly charred.

Serving

  • Serve warm straight from the pan, optionally with a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. For long-term storage, freeze cooked portions in freezer-safe bags for up to 2 months. To reheat, use a sheet pan at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or microwave covered for 1-2 minutes.
