Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 0.33 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine graham crumbs and butter; press into an 8x8-inch pan. Chill 15 min.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin, spices, and vanilla.
  • Fold in whipped cream gently. Spread filling evenly on crust.
  • Chill 6 hrs or overnight until firm. Slice, top with cream, and serve.
