  • 200 g Crispy ladyfingers Can use gluten-free ladyfingers
  • 250 g Mascarpone cheese
  • 200 g Chocolate (melted) Use dark, milk, or white chocolate based on preference
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 100 g Chopped hazelnuts Can substitute with almonds or walnuts
  • 50 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Optional, can enhance flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, melted chocolate, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Dip ladyfingers in coffee or milk briefly and layer them in a dish.
  • Spread a layer of the mascarpone-chocolate mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the chocolate mixture.
  • Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a beautiful presentation, serve in glass dishes or on dessert plates. You can add fresh fruit or a drizzle of chocolate on top.
