Lemon Cucumber Detox Water

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 6-8 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • ice cubes as desired

Instructions
 

  • Slice lemon and cucumber thinly. Tear mint leaves gently.
  • Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or glass jar.
  • Fill with water, stir, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve chilled over ice. Refill once for a lighter flavor.

Notes

Store refrigerated up to 24 hours. Replace lemon after 12 hours to avoid bitterness. Perfect morning ritual for hydration and glow!
