Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce, low sodium
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Steamed broccoli or vegetables, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Spoon cooked rice into bowls and top with beef mixture and steamed broccoli.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
