Keto Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese optional topping
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F. Pat chicken dry.
  • Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken in olive oil and press into the mixture.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes or air fry 18 minutes until golden and 165°F inside.
  • In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in oil, add cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2–3 min. Pour over chicken.

Notes

Reheat in oven or air fryer for crispiness. Store refrigerated up to 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
