Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika optional
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt or buttermilk optional

Instructions
 

  • In a zip-top bag, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Add chicken breasts and marinate for 30-60 minutes in the fridge.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Pat chicken breasts dry and place them smooth side down on the grill.
  • Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, flipping once, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing.
