  • For the stuffed mushrooms, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, breadcrumbs, and herbs. Stuff each mushroom cap with this mixture and bake until golden and bubbly.
  • Assemble caprese skewers by threading cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and mozzarella balls onto small skewers for a colorful presentation.
  • Create an antipasto platter by artfully arranging a selection of meats, cheeses, and olives.
  • For the prosciutto-wrapped melon, slice pieces of cantaloupe or honeydew and wrap each piece in prosciutto for a perfect sweet and savory bite.
  • Prepare arancini by mixing cooked risotto with cheese, forming into balls, and deep-frying until golden brown.
  • Cook mini meatballs in marinara sauce until fully heated through and serve hot.

Frying and Baking

  • For fried mozzarella, slice mozzarella and bread it before frying until crispy.
  • Bake or fry eggplant parmesan bites coated in breadcrumbs and cheese until golden.
  • Roll up pesto pinwheels by spreading pesto on tortillas, rolling them up tightly, and slicing into pinwheels.
  • Cook gnocchi according to package directions, then toss in a brown butter sauce, adding fresh sage for a delicious finish.
  • Finally, for cannoli dip, blend ricotta with powdered sugar and vanilla. Serve this sweet dip alongside crispy chips for dipping.
