  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing Opt for a lighter dressing to keep things healthy.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish Adds color and fresh flavor.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, and red onion.
