  • 1 cup Half and Half Can be swapped with heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Instant Espresso Powder Use a high-quality dark-roast for best flavor
  • 10 large Marshmallows Sweetener and emulsifier; may use marshmallow creme for a slightly different texture
  • 1/2 cup Whiskey Use a mellow Irish whiskey for best results
  • 2 cups Whipped Topping For folding into the filling

Crust and Garnish

  • 1 pre-made Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream Optional for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Optional for visual appeal

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gently heat the half and half until steaming, then whisk in espresso powder until dissolved.
  • Add marshmallows to the warm mixture and stir until melted.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in whiskey.
  • Allow to cool, then fold in the whipped topping.
  • Pour into the graham cracker crust and chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead friendly and keeps well in the fridge for several days. Use a nonstick saucepan and silicone spatula for easier preparation.
