Plastic wrap or aluminum foil

Instructions
Husk and clean the corn, removing any silks.
Decide whether to freeze whole ears or halved.
If blanching, boil corn for 3 minutes, then shock in ice water.
Pat the corn dry.
Wrap each ear tightly in plastic wrap or foil.
Place wrapped corn in a freezer bag, removing as much air as possible.
Label the bag with the date before storing it in the freezer.
