  • Halve and pit the avocado. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork until slightly chunky. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Spoon the mashed avocado over the cottage cheese and smooth lightly.
  • Warm honey briefly in the microwave and drizzle over the toasts. Sprinkle red pepper flakes to taste.

Notes
