Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin on for flavor
  • 1/3 cup Honey use pure honey for best flavor
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce low-sodium option is good
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic fresh is best, but garlic powder works
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for greasing the dish
  • 1 teaspoon Optional Ginger grated, for extra zing

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken thighs in a bowl or zip bag with honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil for at least 30 minutes (overnight is better).
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place chicken thighs skin-side up in a greased baking dish.
  • Pour leftover marinade over the chicken.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until juices run clear.
  • For crispy skin, broil for the last 3 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
  • Spoon sauce over chicken before serving.

Notes

Substituting boneless chicken thighs or using maple syrup for honey can work. Enjoy with rice or roasted veggies.
