  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Good-quality butter for best flavor.
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey Opt for pure honey for better flavor. Agave can be used for vegan option.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Let it melt without browning.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the sweet corn and stir. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Drizzle honey over the corn and mix until coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftover corn in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
