Preparation

  • Combine the beef pieces, diced potatoes, and chopped onion in your slow cooker.
  • Add in the garlic butter and pour the beef broth over the top.
  • Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is incredibly tender.
  • Before serving, give it a good stir and garnish with fresh parsley for that finishing touch.
