  • 1 cup Store-bought or homemade Bang Bang sauce Homemade can be made with mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and Sriracha

Toppings

  • 2 green onions Chopped green onions For garnish
  • 1 avocado Sliced avocado For garnish
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds For garnish
  • 1 cup Fresh veggies (like bell peppers or cucumbers) For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and brown until no longer pink.
  • Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and your chosen seasonings. Mix well and cook until heated through.
  • If making homemade bang bang sauce, whisk together your ingredients in a bowl while the turkey cooks.

Assembly

  • Start with a generous layer of cooked rice in each bowl.
  • Add the savory turkey mixture on top and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
  • Finish it off with your favorite toppings and serve warm.

Notes
