Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes Ensure chicken is lean and tender for best results.
  • ½ cup ranch dressing Choose your favorite brand or make it from scratch.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended for the best flavor.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Provides a crispy coating.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) If using wooden skewers, soak them first to prevent burning.

Instructions

Marination

  • In a large bowl, mix together ranch dressing, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
  • Add chicken cubes, tossing until fully coated. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Assembly

  • After marinating, thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it is clean for optimal searing.
  • Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Look for a golden-brown appearance and a crispy Parmesan crust.

Serving

  • Remove skewers from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
