  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin works best for flavor.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh is preferred.

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings Look for fresh or free-range wings for best flavor.
  • to taste BBQ Sauce or Your Favorite Marinade Optional, for serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Coat the chicken wings in the marinade and let them marinate for 30 minutes.

Grilling

  • Place the marinated wings on the grill grates with space for even cooking.
  • Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until they have a nice char.
  • In the last few minutes, brush the wings with BBQ sauce if desired.
  • Remove the wings and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftover grilled chicken wings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. Freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispiness.
