Preparation

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels, then season generously with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  • In the last minute of cooking, add butter and minced garlic.
  • Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Cool the Garlic Butter Steak Bites to room temperature and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Flash-freeze on a sheet tray and transfer to a freezer-safe bag for longer storage.
