Ingredients

sugar

packet instant yeast

warm milk

unsalted butter
melted

salt

tbsp
garlic butter
for brushing
Instructions
1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
2. Add warm milk and melted butter, knead into a dough.
3. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
4. Divide and roll into small balls.
5. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise again for 30 minutes.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
7. Brush with garlic butter and serve.
Notes
These rolls are best served warm. Add chopped parsley or parmesan on top for extra flavor.
