  • 1 beaten egg Egg wash For brushing on top before baking.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips.
  • Wrap each mini hotdog with a strip of pastry, sealing the edges.
  • Place the wrapped hotdogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
