Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups green grapes, washed and dried Choose firm, seedless grapes for the best results.
  • 1 cup mini pretzels For decoration and a salty contrast.
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted Use good-quality melting wafers for a smooth coating.
  • 1 tsp green food coloring Gel or oil-based colors work best to avoid seizing.
  • 1/4 cup gold sprinkles Adds a festive accent for a St. Patrick's Day touch.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the green grapes thoroughly.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-30 second bursts while stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in the green food coloring drop by drop until the desired vibrant green color is reached.

Dipping

  • Dip each grape into the green chocolate, twirling to coat evenly, then let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
  • Place dipped grapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they don’t touch.
  • Sprinkle gold sprinkles on top of each dipped grape while the chocolate is still wet.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  • Serve the dipped grapes on a platter with mini pretzels for decoration.

Notes

Use seedless, firm grapes for the best presentation, and avoid water in your work area to prevent chocolate from seizing.
