  • 5 oz. dry Stuffing Mix Experiment with different stuffing mix flavors.
  • 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup Consider using low-fat options for a healthier dish.
  • 18 oz. jar of Turkey Gravy Alternative options include mushroom gravy.
  • to taste Dried parsley flakes Optional garnish.

Preparation

  • Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and turkey gravy until smooth.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Assembly and Baking

  • Spoon ¼ cup of stuffing onto each slice of turkey, roll up, and place seam side down in the greased baking pan.
  • Pour about 1½ cups of gravy over the turkey rolls, sprinkle with parsley if desired, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Serving

  • Warm the remaining gravy in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Serve the roll-ups hot, drizzled with extra gravy.

Notes
