  • 1 cup chocolate chips Can use dark or white chocolate for variety.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Can be substituted with almond butter.
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats Use gluten-free rolled oats for a gluten-free version.
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles Optional; can substitute with mini chocolate candy pieces.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey.
  • Microwave the mixture for about 30 seconds and stir until smooth.
  • Add rolled oats and mini marshmallows, and mix until fully combined.
  • If desired, fold in sprinkles.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Notes

These treats are perfect for parties, picnics, or as an after-school snack. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
