Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 8 slices cooked and chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound thawed frozen spinach well-drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, turkey bacon, minced garlic, ranch dressing, half of each cheese, broccoli, and spinach. Mix everything well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  • Top the casserole with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Allow the dish to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a variety of flavors, switch the cheeses according to your preference. Ensure that spinach is well-drained to avoid excess moisture. Great for meal prep!
