Easy Air Fryer Chicken Bites – 4 Ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1.25 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.75 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • to finish lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C) for 3–4 minutes.
  • Toss chicken with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange in a single layer in the basket; cook 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest 2 minutes; finish with lemon and adjust salt to taste.

Notes

Flavor swaps: lemon-pepper, taco, garlic-herb, BBQ dry rub, or buffalo (toss after cooking). For Ninja air fryer models, use Air Fry 390–400°F and check at 7 minutes.
