Preparation

  • Slice the cucumbers and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add ranch dressing, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, and black pepper to the bowl.
  • Toss gently until well combined, being careful not to bruise the cucumber slices.
  • Chill the salad for 15 minutes if desired to let flavors meld.
  • Serve cold.

Notes

For best results, slice cucumbers evenly and pat dry. Mix right before serving to keep cucumbers crunchy. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
