Main ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Leftover rotisserie chicken works beautifully.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded You can substitute with cheddar for variation.
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps Gluten-free tortillas can be used as well.
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or mixed greens Feel free to add other veggies.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can be substituted with Greek yogurt or hummus.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Olive oil spray For a crispy finish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  • On a flat surface, lay out one tortilla. Start layering by adding a handful of spinach, then spoon on the chicken mixture, and finish with a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  • Roll it tightly to form a wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Lightly spray the outside of the wrap with olive oil.
  • Place the wraps in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer, slice in half, and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best results, reheat in the air fryer. These wraps can also be frozen and reheated later.
